The Food Project leads with rescue. Our differentiator is that 100% of surplus foods will find beneficial reuse either by feeding people or being transformed into nutrient-rich soil. Additionally, we commit to recycling packaging. Recipient agencies are to be provided bins for composting any excess or rotten foods to maintain the goal of 100% landfill diversion.
